Shinhan Bank America will be performing maintenance on its banking system on Saturday, May 25, 2019, from 12:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST to make your banking experience more enjoyable.
During the maintenance, the following services will be affected:
1. Branch Operating Hours – Branches will be closed on Saturday. (May 25, 2019)
2. ATM / Point of Sale (POS) – Your daily spending limit will be reduced to $200.
3. Internet Banking – No access.
4. Telephone Banking – No access.
As the use of your debit card will be limited during the maintenance, we strongly recommend you to withdraw cash in advance before the Memorial Day weekend. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your kind understanding.

We are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our banking system for debit cards to provide you with better experience.
Our system conversion will take place on Monday, June 18, 2018.
During this time, you would still be able to activate cards, report lost or stolen cards, and change PIN’s.
Please be informed that from 2:00 AM EST to 8:00 AM EST on Monday, June 18, 2018,
the debit card usage limit will be temporary decreased to $200.00 regardless of your account type or available balance.
