Important Information about Coronavirus – update 9

Dear Customers:

As part of the continuing effort to help slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Shinhan Bank America has temporarily adopted a number of preventative measures:

      1. Newly Adjusted Branch Business Hours (effective as of Monday, December 14, 2020)

NY/NJ        : Monday – Friday:  9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

GA/Dallas : Monday – Friday : 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

CA                : Monday – Friday : 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Saturday    : All Closed

      1. Trying to maintain social distancing. We may ask you to, also, keep the social distancing.
      2. We encourage you to use Drive Thru where applicable.

We continue to clean our branches and ATMs as often as possible.

We recommend you follow the CDC guidelines to help slow the COVID-19 spread:

      • Stay home if you are sick
      • Maintain the social distance (at least 6 feet from others)
      • Clean your hands often and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
